Hello! I'm Austin and I've been renting furnished properties since 2018 when my wife and I had our first baby boy and decided to move from our downtown home to be closer to our family. We loved living downtown where there's always new things to see and do. We've since been blessed with another baby boy and continue to happily and thankfully grow our family. I love music and concerts and my wife enjoys working with youth and decorating for events. And we both love a good dinner/movie night. We're very down-to-earth and strive to show kindness to everyone we come across. My goal is to continue providing value to our guests by listening to them and doing what we can to make their stay comfortable. The first option is direct booking where you would sign a lease and pay the rent and security deposit. The price may vary due to additional fees from Airbnb, but the process is much more convenient and ultimately better for one's peace-of-mind.
