When we lived there a couple of years ago, we had two college kids and three grade school kids. Our maximum electric bill (usually in the summer for cooling) was $220/month, water was $160 max, gas was $150-ish. We had fiber optic Internet service from Metronet for $90/month. We had Hulu TV for $79/month. So, we are talking about $2750 (rent) + $500-ish (utilities) = $3,250/month total. PARKING: The HOA does not allow the parking of trailers, boats, tractors, wood chippers, large work vehicles for more than 48 hours.
