Garages can be rented for an additional $35 per month. Other amenities include decks, controlled entries, onsite laundry, onsite mgmt & maint, dishwashers, off street parking, playground area, AC units, ceiling fans, oversized closets & snow/lawn care. Security deposits start at $500, depending on qualifications. Our application process includes a credit report, rental and employment history, income guidelines and a criminal background check. Dogs are accepted with a $400 non refundable fee, weight limit and breed restrictions apply. Cats are accepted with a $250 non refundable pet fee.
