Situated in the Merriam Park area of St. Paul, our apartments are centrally located and in close proximity to several universities. We currently do not have any apartments available through the end of the year. However, when our apartments become available, we offer 9 or 12-month lease terms, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Please note that our cat policy allows for a maximum of 2 cats, with a $300 cat deposit and a non-refundable portion of cat fee totaling $100. Additionally, heat, water, and trash removal are included in the rent, while electricity is the tenant's responsibility. 1765-69 Carroll Avenue offers a range of notable features to enhance your living experience.
