----- MOVE-IN COORDINATION- (per building HOA): Move In/Out Fee of $300(includes orientation) -----
All moves in and moves out must be scheduled through the Move Coordinator at least one (1)week in advance of the move. The Move Coordinator's contact information is available from the Concierge. If the move has not been scheduled with the coordinator or if fees have not been paid, the move will be canceled. All moving firms/individuals must register upon arrival with the on-site personnel by contacting the Concierge.
Residential moves are limited to Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be no moves on Sundays or holidays.
The Move Coordinator shall inspect the premises, before and after the move and pad the elevators for all moves, in and out. The Association shall not be responsible for any expenses of the move in or move out. The resident will be responsible for any and all other expenses. Unit owners, tenants, and movers are responsible for any damage to the building they may cause. If cleaning is required, the rate is $25 per hour with a minimum charge of $25.
