421 E 9th- 2 bedroom Apartment - Nice sized 2 bedroom apartment. Living room, kitchen, and dinning room are very open and very spacious. The first bedroom is a half story up from the living space area. In order to get into the first bedroom you go through the bathroom. The second bedroom is a half story down, directly under the first bedroom. The basement has a second bathroom in it, two storage rooms, and a laundry area. This is an older property and therefore an older basement. Stove, fridge, washer & dryer provided. Pet deposit of $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. A storage shed is available to rent for an additional fee. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
