The rented space is a 12' x 20' room loft, located in the top floor furnished with hardwood flooring and 180 degree airscape view of 880 and the Oakland Hills. Likes living in a clean environment and who is responsible and respectful of the home and privacy (as I will be of yours), good natured, and easy to get along with, non-smoker.
