This apartment is the last apartment in a 5 unit building to be completely renovated. The building has new electrical, windows, insulation, roof etc etc. What I'm saying is that it is efficient, which is important as the tenant pays electrical and gas. I am starting to re-paint the outside due to the ugly yellow color that presently resides there. The appliances are new and this apartment is in really great shape.
