Furnished basement studio with tons of natural light in the heart of Morley Field/North Park. We just installed a washer/dryer and we keep the temperature steady with central AC and Heat. It's just a few blocks from Balboa Park and the whole area is very walkable with nearby restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. We are flexible on the furnished if you need it partially furnished. No pets please as the people above have bad allergies. There is a kitchen with a sink, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. There's access to the backyard. Parking is on the street. We will perform a background and credit check. We are looking to rent it out on May 1st and willing to take the time to find a good tenant.

We cover internet, electricity, heat/gas, water, sewer and trash pickup fees.
