We do not charge an application fee. If you are asked for a fee, it is a fraudulent request. However there is a background and credit check fee toward the later stages of the process.

We communicate exclusively through Hemlane.

Be truthful during the completion of your application. All applicants will be required to complete a credit and criminal background check on completion of the application for final approval. There is a $20 fee associated with this check.

Complete applications will be processed in the order in which they were received.

Applicant must upload documentation/supporting evidence of lawful sources of income.
Lawful sources of income includes:
1. Federal, state or local housing assistance including section 8 or any other type of voucher, or any other form of housing assistance, regardless of whether paid to the tenant or to the landlord.
2. Federal, state or local public assistance.
3. Social security benefits (SSI), HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), Veterans GI Bill
4. Olmstead Housing Subsidy (OHS), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOP WA)
5. Child support.
6. Alimony or spousal maintenance.
7. Foster care subsidies.
8. Income from trusts including special needs trusts.
9. Any other form of lawful income.

If a housing voucher is available, the applicant will only need to prove 3x income for remaining monthly rent not covered by subsidy.
