4. Olmstead Housing Subsidy (OHS), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOP WA)
5. Child support.
6. Alimony or spousal maintenance.
7. Foster care subsidies.
8. Income from trusts including special needs trusts.
9. Any other form of lawful income.

If a housing voucher is available, the applicant will only need to prove 3x income for remaining monthly rent not covered by subsidy.
