The fourth building of newly remodeled apartments are currently available, (2 units total) located within walking distance to downtown Old Fort, 15 minutes to Black Mountain and 30 to Asheville. Centrally located to Marion and the Lake James area as well. These are brand new never been lived in units with LVP floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in unit washer and dryers, winter Mountain Views, custom tile shower, ceiling fans and closets in both bedrooms, and plenty of windows for maximum brightness. We are currently allowing pets in this building, this could include ONE dog OR ONE cat- not both. Depending on application we will try to keep the both units as either dog friendly or cat friendly. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee. Pets must be kept indoors and not free roaming, all pets must be well taken care of and up to date on shots and flea and tick medication. Vet records will be required. Owners will be required to clean up all public areas of pet mess. Tenants pay all utilities per unit. First, Last, Pet fee, and security deposit due before move in. We will be setting up scheduled viewing times to see the units. Please note these are non smoking units and also currently next to current additional units being renovated so there will be some daytime construction noise. Background check and credit check are required. Additional units will become available as they are ready.
