Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This classic style 3-bedroom 2-bathroom second floor unit is located at the southern end of Wrightsville Beach and has hardwood floors and cozy decor that reference the history of the home without all the frills and clutter. The traditional floor plan offers a separate living room that opens onto the galley kitchen. Through the kitchen you will find a private dining room. Wall-to-wall windows flood the dining room with natural light and give the space a very open, yet homey, feel. Down the hallway off the main living room, you will find the sleeping quarters. There are two guest rooms with queen beds that share the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is at the end of the hall and houses the second bathroom, a queen bed, twin bed, laundry area, and gives access to the back deck. Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen, 1 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Students, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
