There is a side entrance off the driveway that leads to the basement where there is secure storage for the tenant along with laundry hookups. Tenant can have one space in the garage to park. The driveway can't be blocked. There is no smoking in the apartment. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit. Rent is $825 per month and the security deposit is the same.
