On the 2nd floor you will find a large bedroom with great natural light from the windows and a great work space desk. Our living/dining room has room for a table for 4 and a lounge area with TV. The kitchen has been updated. The bathroom has a historic claw-foot tub. Upstairs you will find a spacious 2nd bedroom, and a laundry room. Our apartment has been lovingly restored to have modern finishes, yet keep the character of this historic property. Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our building. The main level is 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. A 2nd bedroom is up on the 3rd level with a laundry room for your use. Street parking is available for this unit. You can get up to two permits from the city for parking, which allows overnight parking. We have a small yard that is shared with our other neighbors in the building. We do not have any off-street parking at our apartment currently, but you are welcome to park on the street for free for up to 2 hours. For longer term parking, there is a parking garage just 0.3 mile walk from our apartment, and you can usually park for $10/day. It is easy to load and unload by parking on the street, and then park the car in the garage or other paid spots on the street near us for longer term. We have a small yard that is shared with our other neighbors in the building. It does have a small fence around it, but it is an old iron fence, and is not 100% escape proof for dogs. We allow responsible pet owners to bring their pets, but we ask that they remain on leash at all times when outside.
