This apartment has two entrances, one from the back, beside the off street parking space, and the other at the front of the house. Enter through the front door and you are in the spacious living room. Here you will find a comfortable seating arrangement with a sofa, and two chairs. This is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Just beyond the living room is the dining room which features a gorgeous dining table with seating for four people. The dining room's convenient proximity to the kitchen makes it the perfect place to host friends or family for a home cooked meal. The light filled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and has direct access to the patio/courtyard which is perfect for brining your entertaining or dining al fresco. Please note the courtyard is shared with the upstairs unit. Both of the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and feature Queen size beds. Each room has plenty of closet space, and a TV. One of the rooms also has a desk to accommodate all of your work from home needs. The bathroom is located in the hallway in between the two bedrooms. A full size washer/dryer is located inside the apartment. Parking for one car is provided in the driveway beside the home. No pets, please! In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject 10% accommodations tax.
