The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, and a center island with seating for three! There is a sitting area at the bay windows beside the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to soak up the natural light and people watch! At the front of the apartment is the first bedroom which can also be used as a home office. Here you will find a twin size trundle bed, a desk and chair, and an armoire for clothing storage. The first full bathroom is just off of this bedroom! The master suite is located on the opposite side of the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy! The bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, large TV, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a large vanity and tile shower. The washer/dryer are located in the master closet for your convenience. Just outside of the apartment you will find a common area which allows for additional outdoor entertaining and seating. One off street parking space is provided with this apartment. It is located in the parking garage at 90 Cumberland Street. NO PETS ALLOWED In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Families and visitors head to Waterfront Park on the Cooper River, while boutiques and galleries dot King Street. Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
