You will enter through the stunning iron gates onto the beautiful grounds. Just ahead is the entryway to Suite 2. As soon as you enter the space you will forget this is a first floor apartment! The unexpectedly high ceilings and loads of natural light make the space feel inviting, spacious, and airy! You will enter into the large living room which features a comfortable seating area with a white sofa, two arm chairs, a Smart TV, desk for your work from home needs, and a wine fridge! The decorative fireplace is the focal point of this space. You will also find a large closet with plenty of room for storing clothes, luggage, etc. Just off of the living room is the bedroom. Here you will find a luxurious King size bed outfitted with all white, 100% cotton linens and duvet cover. Also off of the living room is the full bathroom which features a tile shower and marble vanity. Walk through the living room into the adorable kitchen. Completely remodeled this year, the kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, white countertops and cabinets, seating at the kitchen countertop for two, and a small dining table for two. Bring your dining and entertaining outdoors onto the back patio, accessed by the back door off of the kitchen. Your own private patio features two comfortable chairs for relaxing, a bistro table for dining, and a gas grill. String lights and a working fountain make this space feel like a little Oasis! Conveniently located on Chapel Street you are just three blocks to King St and within walking distance to some of Charleston's most popular restaurants, bars and shops! Some of these include 39 Rue de Jean, Bay Street Biergarten, and The Citrus Club at The Dewberry Hotel. Washer/dryer located in unit. One parking space provided one block away. No pets allowed. Pets negotiable with $250 pet fee per. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process.
