South Ogden room for rent is almost like having a one Bedroom Apartment for yourself. You have your own Bedroom, Bathroom (with custom shower) and a separate Kitchen to use, the main Kitchen is upstairs, there is a Washer & Dryer included also right next to the bathroom. We are all quiet and respectful. Upstairs is the largest part of the house it has three Bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining room, Laundry plus Family room/Game room plus other amenities. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms I use as an office. 1 bath, a Kitchen with a laundry room and a living room with a TV. Cable and Internet are included. Household is very quiet and kept clean and I am looking for someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves and doesn't mind pitching in to keep the common areas clean.
