The Berkshire at Sunset is a senior independent living community located in the southwest area of Waukesha, WI. Our affordable luxury housing community is exclusively for seniors aged 55 years and better. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes features spacious open floor plans, full-size balconies or patios, and includes all appliances, heat, and hot water. Parking is never a problem here, as we offer both complimentary underground and surface parking. We're also proud to be a pet-friendly community.
