The basement is being converted into a content studio (soundproofed for podcasting and vlogs, and a green screen for videos and photos). This bedroom in my 5 bed 3 bath house will be available starting April 1st, 2024 (an earlier move-in date can be arranged). The house is located in the Washington Park neighborhood: a 2-minute bike ride to Beltline and walkable to Mercedes Benz Stadium! Midtown, GA Tech, and GSU are 10 minutes away, the Battery is 20 minutes away, and the Glenwood Kroger is only a 10-minute drive as well (the best in the city). The monthly rent is $850, and all utilities, lawn care, house meal, and monthly cleaning is a flat $75. This room includes a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, desk, a chair, and shares a private bathroom with one other person. You'll have access to all common areas including the kitchen, movie room, and patio. I bought this house in March 2021 and live here as well.
