Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This single family, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located on the north end of Carolina Beach and has a shared boat slip (tenant to use right side), and amazing views of the sound. The great room of this house features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a charming open floor plan that floods the living space with natural light. The kitchen overlooks the living room and a dining area that leads out to a generous screened in porch with panoramic views of the canal. The spacious primary bedroom features a new mattress for the Queen-sized bed, beautiful stained-glass accents and a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the water. Guests of this room will appreciate the on suite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the screened porch. Two additional Queen guest bedrooms with private bathrooms are sure to please. The partially fenced in backyard gives a great space for outdoor entertainment. There is a large area underneath the home and an enclosed outdoor shower. A public boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner and there is ample parking for your boat trailer on the side of the house. Bedding Configuration: 3 Queens, Sleeper Sofa Parking: Parking for 4 vehicles, or three vehicles and a boat trailer. Do not park on the lawn. Prohibited: Smoking, Parking on the Lawn.
