Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just west of the heart of Appleton's shopping district, the pristine grounds with two sparkling lakes and gorgeous fountains will comfort you after a long day. We recently opened our newly remodeled clubhouse featuring a game room with pool table, shuffleboard, darts, media room and fitness center. Tenants can enjoy these amenities 5am-10pm seven days/week. In the summer, we offer a heated outdoor pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day and a recreational pond with sand beach for swimming, floating, and catch and release fishing!! Available garden plots allow residents to test their green thumbs, and voluntary springtime planting days allow residents to show off their gardening skills while filling the complexes with flowers.

During the colder months, residents warm this community with decoration contests and the soft glow of white lights in the pines.
