Four cats (one under a year old, one at 4 years old, one at 6 years, and last one at 14 yr old), and 2 dogs (6 year old Doberman, a Husky at one year). Renter's Insurance required. 1st and last month rent due at signing of renter's agreement. $55 application/background check. Would prefer female tenant (because of son), but open to all. Couples will be higher rent.
