Please note this is a SHARED house where you will only have 1 private bedroom and share a bathroom. $900 rent is due by the first of every month - no exceptions. If there are two people, rent will be $1,200. Lease is month to month with a 30 day notice before leaving. Utilities and WiFi are included. There is a $1,200 deposit, which will be refunded if there is no damage and a proper notice is given. You'll be living in one bedroom, sharing a common bathroom. This is a furnished room that has a queen bed and bed frame, large dresser with mirror. 2 nightstands, TV, and TV stand, with a walk-in closet. Common areas (pictured) can be used. Appliances can be used, but you must provide all other necessities for yourself. The house location is in Polk City, FL near two I4 exits in between two major central cities: Orlando and Tampa. No smoking, drugs, or firearms allowed on premises. There are already dogs living here, so dogs are welcome. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $200. A monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged as well and due at time of rent on the first of each month. I can prorate months if move in or move out dates do not fall on the first of a month.
