There are 2 other guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, downstairs on the main floor. In the large open 1st-floor living room, there is 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 full-size sleeper sofa. ** This home was built in 1926 by Thomas Rowe, the developer of the famous Don Cesar Beachfront Hotel located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of Florida. Close to the beaches, water activities, shopping, fine dining, parks, art and culture, beach bars, live entertainment, and great views.
