Can be rented furnished with furniture in bedrooms, living spaces and a television in every bedroom, or unfurnished. Owner pays for water, lawn maintenance and pool service. Renter is responsible for their portion of gas and electricity. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking inside building. 12-month minimum lease duration.
