There is plenty of shopping available nearby. That is a major factor to consider. Be aware of how far you will need to travel to shop! The home is in a quiet neighborhood but a short golf cart ride to the squares of Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing. Tenant is responsible for rent plus 7% Florida transient tax, $50 Village ID fee, $175 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 security deposit, which will be refunded if the home is left in the same condition as found and the garage door opener and electronic gate pass are returned.
