Welcome to Campus View Student Housing conveniently located on the Ankeny DMACC Campus. Designed for DMACC students, these college-style apartment homes are just a short walk to classes, campus activities, and just minutes to an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Campus View Student Housing is a brand new and remodeled student community designed to offer a wide arrange of exceptional amenities, events, and services to make your stay during college easy and fun. All of the apartment homes are furnished to make your move more convenient. Campus View is managed professionally with on-site management by Houser Enterprises. We also employ awesome Resident Assistants to help the students make sure you are gaining the most out of life at Campus View. Choose from a shared bedroom and bathroom or a private bedroom and bathroom. If you choose to share a bedroom and bathroom you will be sharing your bedroom with one other student. Each student is provided with a twin loft bed with your own desk and dresser under the loft bed. The shared bedrooms are in our 2 bedrooms 2 bath apartment homes, so there would be two students in each bedroom making the total people in the apartment 4. If you choose to have a private bedroom you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom will have one bed, desk, and dresser. The private bedrooms are available in our 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment homes, so you will be sharing your common area, kitchen and living room, with 3 other students. Life at Campus View gives you tons of amenities and fun! Campus View is decked out with a theater lounge room, fitness center, game room, grills in the courtyard, study rooms, basketball court and organized socials throughout the year.
