We are renting 2 rooms with bath to 2 people in our home. The price is per room and utilities are all included. We are looking for 2 working professionals, communicative, friendly, carring, respectful, responsible, clean and organized. This may be a good place for traveling nurses.

The house is very conveniently located less then 10 min from worlds most beautiful Beach. Great restaurants and shopping are within 5-10 min including Pier Park.
Is in peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by local residents yet quickly and easily accessible from main road highway 98.
Each of two rooms features a comfortable queen size bed with fresh linens and high quality Dream Cloud mattress so you can have a peaceful night of rest.
One of the rooms features a dedicated workplace with desk for business.
Each room is equipped with a closet, coffee maker, wall mounted TV. Bathroom will be shared between 2 roommates only and is located in a hallway completely separated from our living space. Entry door are shared.
Each room includes keys that you can use to lock your room for your privacy.
Our remodeled kitchen is available for you to use as you please so is the living room. You will have your own refrigerator. We have another separate living space we use for ourselves. Rent starts for 6 moths and then on month to month basis.
Renters are responsible for their own rental insurance. All other rules and restrictions will be pointed in our lease agreement. Feel free to email me if you are interested to view this home.
