Holly House Apartments

Holly House is located in the beautiful Historic District of Woodbury and situated on a very private 5 acre site with several short trails and plenty of space to roam. The complex is a mix of two-bedroom townhomes and one and two-bedroom 1st floor apartments. These updated units offer hardwood floors or wall-to-wall carpet in the living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. Each apartment is furnished with a full-size range, refrigerator and dishwasher. All apartments have a patio and level front entry. There is ample parking directly in front or within a few steps of your unit. There is a laundry room in each of our three buildings. Baseboard heat and hot water are included in the rent. Most importantly, we manage our own properties and we provide excellent, timely service with our on-site maintenance.
