Maple Shade, N.J., is a township that offers both a small-town feel and conventional suburban amenities. Greater Burlington County is home to many similar towns, all of which offer family-friendly neighborhoods, good schools, suburban homes for rent and close proximity to numerous parks and natural attractions. Maple Shade itself is sandwiched between Cherry Hill - a populous and almost urban-feeling suburb - and Moorestown. The town's recreation department offers a number of programs in which renters can participate, including:
Residents heading into Philly can utilize NJ Transit's bus service. Bus routes 407 and 414 operate out of Moorestown Mall, which is located just 2 miles from downtown Maple Shade. Additionally, the community is located directly west of the New Jersey Turnpike, and is right off of Route 73.
