We got everything you would need. You don't need to go outside for anything. Many tenants have left to be with loved ones and the place is all to ourselves.

We know the virus is out there and put our properties under lockdown. No outside guest permitted right now until further notice. Tenants are not allowed to come in and out just for fun. Everyone is informed, we ramped up cleaning, and appropriate precautions are taking place to avoid a spread into our communities. We are ready to ride this out several months and will keep investing in precautionary measures to reduce the risk of any contamination from the exterior.

Artist Housing has the most affordable housing in Los Angeles consistently for 10 years. We don't have private apartments though, we provide communities to live in (co-living). You share common areas or bedrooms and it ultimately saves you a lot of money while making life-long friends.

While we have some vacancies during the pandemic we are offering lodging in exchange for work. Have added touchless sinks and soap dispensers at all properties.
